Guided Meditation Series to Reduce Stress & Mind Chatter
Do you want the same high you get from smoking pot, drinking alcohol or sex? The feeling you create, when you calm the circuits in the mind and be in the moment and connected to energy, the feeling is better than any of those! This class will teach you how to overcome and manage your emotions when life deals you challenges!

Donna has taught meditation and self awareness for 7 years. This guided style was created by a Neuroscientist and is a quicker way to learn to meditate. Donna use this as a tool to help singles find their loving partner. Donna is involved in a large study with 3 Neuroscientists who do brain mapping to prove how the brain literally changes from Meditation!
